Born and raised in Lethbridge, Alberta, Mallory has always been a little unconventional. Graduating high school and attending college by the age of 16, Mallory was working as an Emergency Medical Technician on ambulances in Alberta while still in her teens. She worked a full-time job near Edmonton, Alberta, at which time she decided to return to school to pursue business. Juggling full-time classes with weekend shift work on Southern Alberta ambulances, she received her Business Diploma in 2013 from Lethbridge College, and completed the remainder of her Bachelor of Management via correspondence through Athabasca University.
Mallory made the switch from health care to business in 2017 and has never looked back. With a skillset in process and developing ideas from scratch, Mallory found her niche in business with a love for leadership and providing support to business owners. Partnering with her good friend Katrina, together they collected their ideas and inspiration to launch Key Grip Virtual Inc. in January 2021.
Outside of the business world, Mallory spends her time dreaming, learning, and honing new ideas or projects. You’ll often find her restoring furniture, playing music, devouring literature, or dirt biking in the mountains.

READ BIO
From a young age, Katrina has always been driven by an intellectual curiosity to find creative solutions to every day business challenges. Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Katrina began her career in business while in her teens – assisting in the development and implementation of an associate training program for a small fast-food chain. Following a successful program launch, Katrina was offered a full-time management position while still completing Grade 12.
During that time, Katrina also pursued a love for classical piano and music theory and holds an Associate of The Royal Conservatory of Music Certificate for both Performers and Composition & Theory. The many years spent in music cultivated her gift of discipline and meticulous study.
Over the last decade, Katrina has sat on a wide variety of boards and committees in both paid and volunteer capacities. She excels at board development and consulting with executives to fine tune and implement policy and process. While working as a Communications Director, Katrina obtained extensive knowledge around social media strategy, brand development, and company cohesivity. She has held positions in both the non-profit and corporate sectors and is passionate about the professional and personal development of others. Katrina has shared her knowledge on multiple occasions as a presenter at national conferences, provincial training seminars, and one-on-one consulting.
Katrina currently resides in Lethbridge, Alberta with her husband, two sons, and two slightly pampered pooches. Outside of work, she is a proud book nerd, loves interior design projects, spending time with her family, and creating in the kitchen with her boys.
